Our technology is a differentiator
We understand that it’s not possible to be with every resident at all times of the day. AMS allows for increased coverage to monitor your residents in their rooms or in common areas, when you can’t be present. AMS tracks progression over time, helping ensure residents maintain good health by assessing the improvement or deterioration in health conditions and generating alerts when there’s a potential risk.
Uniquely identify all people of interest, from caregivers to care-recipients
Visualize trends in movement to reveal potential problems or improvements
Ease caregiving tasks while maintaining an exceptional level of quality
The system works independently in the background without any direct interaction required
Alerts can be set for changes in both acute and chronic conditions
Monitor and intervene depending on individual needs
Know where your residents are and who they’re with
Characterize and quantify what your residents are doing
Track improvement or decline in health, determine routines, and assess risk
Receive alerts based on motion and/or the absence of movement as well as updates on system health and status
How Atlas5D is helping caregivers monitor their residents
Assisted Living
Grace works at Home & the Heart, an assisted-living residence. Home & the Heart would like to track residents’ mobility (specifically, they’re interested in their residents’ walking speed). Grace decides to use two Atlas5D devices and sets them up in the main hallway and the community areas so that they will capture as much resident movement as possible.
At a facility like Home & the Heart, it’s important to monitor each resident individually to maintain their health. Grace ensures both devices are set up to monitor all residents. Over the course of a few months, Grace sets up customizable alerts for all of the residents so that AMS will notify her when a resident’s mobility decreases substantially. At that point, she may implement a physical therapy regimen to get them back on track.
